Position Title: Materials Research and Development Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the research of superconducting ceramic thin film materials, including material synthesis and characterization.

2. Responsible for the summary and analysis of R&D data, and determination of experimental plans.

3. Based on product requirements, carry out technological innovation, determine R&D directions and implementation paths.

4. Cooperate with other colleagues in the R&D department to manage internal R&D projects of the company.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the R&D manager.

Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or above in materials science, physics, chemistry or related fields.

2. Candidates with experience in thin film materials and superconducting materials R&D are preferred.

3. Diligent, responsible, meticulous, logical and strong learning ability.

No work experience required. Salary negotiable.
