The composition ratio of target material plays a decisive role in the current-carrying performance of superconducting tapes.
With the emerging demands from the application of high magnetic fields, superconducting target materials need to introduce
multiple phases as artificial pinning while meeting requirements including large size, high density, high purity and high uniformity.

Based on our own technical characteristics, Supermag has developed customized composition ratios of target to prepare REBCO powder
with high purity, high uniformity and high particle precision. Target blanks that meet the size requirements of the coating process are made
through the powder hot pressing molding process. Then, through the sintering process, its density and crystallinity are further enhanced.
Subsequently,post-treatment methods such as polishing and annealing are carried out to improve the surface condition and internal microstructure.
