The layer forming speed of superconducting layer is affected by many factors, which is the key factor to determine the production efficiency and product performance of HTS tape. Based on the self-developed ultra-fast deposition process, the fastest superconducting layer formation speed can exceed 200 nm/s.






By artificially introducing the non-superconducting second phase into the superconducting target and precisely regulating the target formulation and deposition process, the columnar artificial flux pinning in the distribution state has been successfully obtained, which can significantly improve the performance of HTS tapes under low temperature and high field conditions.
